New Year's Resolutions 2018

Last year over 100 of our clients took part in a customer satisfaction survey. This year we will be using the results of those to make changes for the better.

Firstly we would like to say a big "thank you" to all who took part in the client survey, we really appreciated the feedback you provided.

We are thrilled that two thirds of BTI clients rated us as outstanding or very good as a localization vendor, and the rest say we are doing OK. The quality of our subtitling and dubbing services also scored highly, with 87% commending the quality of the end product as high or very high quality. 

As well as quality and customer service we saw that clients have many reasons for choosing BTI Studios including our rates, turnaround, capacity for high-volume projects and Netflix Preferred Vendor rating.

We're grateful that along with the words of praise we also received some specific feedback on what we can do to improve our services. Based on this feedback we will be making the following changes:

  1. Restructure of the OTT team and further staff members added
  2. Updates to workflows to ensure missing materials are chased up
  3. Communications training provided for all staff
  4. Launch of BTI HIVE workflow management system underway including client access to enable tracking and monitoring of orders 
  5. Clients given one point of contact across services and projects where requested
